Our U3A is a member of U3A Network-NSW Inc and was established in mid 2008, as the Watonga Activities Group Inc. Originally it aimed to promote studies involved with Diversity of Life on Planet Earth. In addition our aim is to provide other interest and cultural courses for our members.


Aims of WAG Inc.

  • offering low cost educational courses to older people, using the skills and abilities of its members;
  • operating in comfortable, pleasant surroundings which will provide a supportive, social environment;
  • providing a means to exchange information/knowledge/experiences etc;
  • maintaining the idea that those who teach shall learn and those who learn shall teach;
  • encouraging co-operation between members in the pursuit of interests/activities.

NB:  Watonga U3A is in the process of winding up and therefore will not be offering any
